I'm not really angry and appreciate that you are being so responsive. But this system for key redemption is the worst I've seen. ASUS should have really handled this better and is the one to blame. Instead they offload the process to someone else, and involve a merchant site that most people have never heard of.
This was a major release game and a deal with ASUS, a massive company in the PC industry. It should have been something you can generate, not have to email someone at CAPCOM for. Completely ridiculous.
As we've seen from Gamers Nexus though, ASUS doesn't like to be very proactive in consumer support unless forced.
