I want to buy it from you, but the negative opinions on your Facebook page made me think about it . anyway. How do I ensure that there will be no fraud or fraud this first first after I purchase the game, will the key get me to the email immediately or what?

We have local facebook pages in English, German or France and are ranked between 4,6 to 4,9/5. Have a look to Trustpilot too. We do not handle or enhance reviews as we do not pay third parties for such purpose. Come on guy, it seems you get confused with some competitors. The simple fact we respond to such post demonstrate we care more about our customers than you take time to check what you post :)
You'll get the game after you've paid for it from your account page. We don't take payment and not deliver games. We're working directly with Ubisoft and are an official retailer for the game. Those negative people on Facebook were either frauders who tried using stolen payments or those who we tried to help and didn't succeed.
We actually help everyone, though some people prefer to make up things. Unfortunately we have no control over their reviews. Generally it's only a handful of people that are unhappy and most don't have issues.
