So if i buy this now will i get the key on release or beforehand? Also in uk will i have any problems with the key?

There is no key :) You activate the game directly on your bnet account by buying with us :)

It's the same as if you'd buy it directly on your bnet account so the game is activated on your account after you complete the activation process.
